Delete your account in the app
- Open MeraScene and sign in with the connected Google account.
- Open Settings.
- Select Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the information and confirm your request.
You will lose access to your account and any remaining content or credits associated with it.
Request deletion without the app
If you have uninstalled MeraScene or cannot access the in-app option, email [email protected] from the Google email address connected to your account.
Use the subject line MeraScene Account Deletion Request. Do not send a password, verification code, card information or government identity document.
We may send a verification message to the connected email address. Once verified, we complete deletion within 7 days and usually sooner.
What happens to your data?
- Original photos are deleted from MeraScene servers when generation completes.
- Generated results and creation history are automatically deleted after 24 hours and may be deleted earlier.
- Associated personal data is deleted from active systems within 7 days after verification, subject to limited order, security, fraud-prevention or legal records retained for a necessary purpose.
- Deleted data cannot be restored.
Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. An active subscription does not prevent you from requesting account and data deletion.
Open Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MeraScene.
