By creating an account, purchasing credits or using MeraScene, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MeraScene. MeraScene is not intended for minors.
2. Your account
MeraScene uses Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the connected Google account and for activity carried out through your MeraScene account. Do not share verification codes or allow another person to misuse your account.
3. The MeraScene service
MeraScene lets eligible users submit an adult photo, select a scene, template or style, or provide a written prompt to create AI-generated images and videos. AI output may vary and may not accurately reproduce every requested detail. We do not guarantee that every generation will meet expectations, be error-free or always be available.
AI images often complete in about one minute. AI video processing averages about one minute for each second of generated video, so a five-second video may take about five minutes. Actual time varies with demand, duration, model, quality and complexity. These estimates are not guarantees. MeraScene has no public community or discovery feed.
4. Your uploaded content
You retain the rights you hold in submitted content. You grant ROADONE and its providers a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit and process it only as needed to provide, secure and support MeraScene and comply with law.
You represent that every depicted person is an adult, that you own the photo or have all necessary rights and permission, that each depicted adult has consented to the AI creation, and that your submission and use comply with law and third-party rights. You must not upload a photo of a minor, even as a parent or guardian.
5. Generated content usage rights
Subject to these Terms, you may download, share, reproduce, modify and use generated content for personal or commercial purposes without separate permission from ROADONE. This permission is non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free and applies only to rights ROADONE may have in the output.
We do not promise that output is unique, eligible for intellectual property protection, or free from resemblance to other content. You remain responsible for applicable law, platform rules, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness and other rights.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use MeraScene to create, upload, request, distribute or facilitate:
- Sexual, sexually exploitative or non-consensual intimate content.
- Any content depicting or involving a minor.
- Unauthorised or harmful deepfakes, fraud, scams or deceptive impersonation.
- Hate, harassment, threats, graphic violence, terrorism or serious harm.
- Self-harm encouragement or dangerous activity.
- Infringement of privacy, likeness, copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Unlawful political deception, malware, illegal activity or bypassing safety systems.
We may block requests, remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve necessary evidence or report conduct when reasonably required.
7. Safety reports
Use the in-app Report option to flag an inappropriate generated result. Reports are reviewed by MeraScene Customer Support and may be escalated for safety, technical or legal review.
8. Paid access, subscriptions and credits
MeraScene requires paid access and has no free usage or free trial. Access is available through a weekly subscription or one-time credit pack; a subscription is not required if you purchase a pack. Subscription credits reset at the end of each subscription period. One-time credits do not expire while your account is active and are removed when you delete the account. Prices, included credits and taxes are shown by Google Play before purchase.
9. Failed generations
If a generation task fails, credits charged for that failed task are automatically returned. A result that differs from a subjective expectation is not necessarily a failed task.
10. Google Play billing, cancellation and refunds
Google Play processes payments, subscription management and refund decisions under its terms and policies. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Support may assist with order and entitlement issues but cannot approve a refund on Google’s behalf.
11. Retention and deletion
Original uploaded photos are deleted from MeraScene servers when generation completes and are not stored in history. Generated results and history are retained for no longer than 24 hours and may be deleted earlier. Verified account deletion requests are completed within 7 days and usually sooner. Limited order, security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where necessary.
12. Downloading and third-party sharing
You may download generated content and use device sharing options. You are responsible for what you share and for compliance with the receiving platform’s rules and depicted people’s rights.
13. Intellectual property
MeraScene software, branding, interface and service content—excluding content owned by users or third parties—are owned by or licensed to ROADONE and protected by law.
14. Service changes and availability
We may change models, templates, features, credit costs or availability and may suspend service for maintenance, safety, legal or technical reasons. Notice of material changes will be provided where required.
15. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or harm, misuse the service, fail to pay charges, or if required by law or a platform provider. You may stop using MeraScene or request deletion at any time.
16. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, MeraScene is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular generation time, exact likeness, fitness for a purpose or that output will be free of errors or third-party claims. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROADONE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from MeraScene. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for MeraScene during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice does not deprive consumers of non-waivable protections under mandatory laws of their habitual residence, including applicable rights in India. Subject to those rights, you and ROADONE submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or business changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
